1. Final sale policy
All course purchases are final once payment is completed. Full course access is delivered digitally to the purchasing account, and the complete first lesson is available for review before purchase.
2. Preview before purchase
Use the free Lesson 1 preview to judge the teaching style, course interface, pace, level of technical depth, exercises, and overall fit before buying. The preview is part of the purchase decision process.
3. Duplicate charges and billing errors
Verified duplicate charges, payment processing errors, or incorrect billing events will be corrected. Send the email used at checkout, the order number if available, and a short description of the problem to us.
4. Technical access problems
If a verified technical issue blocks access to a completed purchase, our first remedy is to restore the purchased access. If the access problem cannot be corrected, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law.
5. Consumer rights
Mandatory consumer protection rights continue to apply where the law requires them.
