Terms for using Agentic AI Systems.
These terms cover the website, course account, lesson materials, purchase, and related services provided by Seven Tree Media.
1. Agreement
By purchasing, accessing, or using Agentic AI Systems, you agree to these Terms of Use and the policies linked from this website.
2. Course access
A completed purchase grants the purchasing user access to the course through the account associated with the order. Access is personal to that user and depends on the website and service providers used to operate it.
3. Educational purpose
The course teaches concepts and methods related to agentic AI, business workflows, software architecture, tools, evaluation, security, production, and implementation. You remain responsible for decisions, deployments, permissions, security controls, legal requirements, and business outcomes in your own environment.
4. Course materials and license
Course text, diagrams, exercises, interface content, templates, branding, and original instructional materials are owned by Seven Tree Media or used under applicable rights. Your purchase gives you a personal, limited license to study the material and use it for your own learning and internal work.
You may not share account credentials, resell the course, republish substantial portions of the material, distribute copies, or bypass access controls.
5. Your work
Original workflow maps, architecture records, evaluations, prototypes, plans, and other work you create while taking the course remain yours, subject to rights that already apply to any third party material or service you use.
6. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and protecting your login credentials. Contact us if you believe someone else has gained access to your account.
7. Purchases and payment
The course is sold as a one-time purchase through WooCommerce and the configured payment provider. Taxes, payment authorization, and currency conversion can vary by location and payment method. The Refund Policy forms part of these terms.
8. Acceptable use
Use the website and course lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the service, other users, security controls, or the rights of Seven Tree Media or third parties.
9. Third party services
The site and course may rely on third party platforms, software, APIs, hosting, payment services, AI services, and other tools. Those services can change, fail, or operate under separate terms and privacy policies.
10. Availability and changes
We may update course material, examples, interface features, policies, and technical systems as the subject matter and underlying tools change. Reasonable efforts are made to keep purchased course access available, subject to maintenance, outages, security events, and third party service availability.
11. No guarantee of results
Examples, exercises, business cases, technical patterns, and economic models are educational. Results depend on the problem, implementation, data, tools, security, team, market, and decisions made by the learner or organization.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Seven Tree Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the course, website, third party services, or systems you choose to build or operate.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
